Vaibhav Sreeganesh

Vaibhav is a dedicated and multi talented sophomore in high school whose passion for music and the performing arts has been evident from a very young age. Vaibhav began learning the Mridangam at the remarkable age of five. Over the years, he has trained rigorously, developing strong technical skill, rhythmic precision, and a deep appreciation for Carnatic percussion traditions. One of the highlights of his musical journey was completing his Arangetram in Sep 2024, where he had the honor of accompanying the renowned Violinist Padmashree Kanyakumari. Since then he has performed in many concerts around NJ and NY area. In addition to Mridangam and Ganjira, Vaibhav has expanded his musical repertoire by learning and performing on several other percussion instruments, such as Drums and Marimba His versatility across both Indian classical and Western percussion showcases his adaptability and broad musical curiosity. He’s also an avid Basketball player who represented his high school team and other travel teams around Monroe, NJ

Vinuta Ramakrishnan

Vinuta Ramakrishnan has been learning Carnatic Violin for the past 12 years, originally under Smt. Radhika Devrajan and now learning from Mysore Brothers in India. She is internationally certified in Carnatic Violin theory and practical music, as she has gotten the Senior 4-year certification from SAMPADA institution. She is also part of her school's Chamber Orchestra, serving as concertmaster and section leader for the 1st Violins. She enjoys teaching students all across the tri-state area in both Carnatic and Western violin, and continues to accompany and solo in various concerts and arangetrams. She also enjoys collaborating with local Hindustani artists for jugalbandi pieces.

Ganesh Badve

Ganesh is a learned Hindustani classical musician.That was the time when TV programs like TVS SAREGAMA & MERI AWAZ SUNO were getting viewers attention and he got an opportunity to present his skills where he ended up becoming runner up. He finds himself lucky enough to know, learn and perform with few eminent Indian music personalities like The Mangeshkar family, Shri. Jagjit Singh who not only provided guidance but also put him on the right track by highlighting the importance of blending music and education. Being music composer for All India Radio & Doordarshan, he has composed a few albums and jingles as well. His passion about ghazals reached its high since he met Shri Jagjit Singh on the sets of TVS SAREGAMAPA. For him, ghazal is his most favorite form of music especially when this form of semi classical music touches areas like poetry, voice culture, presentation and mainly emotions. He finds himself extremely lucky to have an opportunity to be a shagird of a legendary ghazal maestro Mr. Talat Aziz and perform in his USA concert recently. You will find him performing across the states and on digital platforms like gaana, spotify, facebook, and instagram.

Mahati Chitti

Mahati Chitti is a Carnatic flautist from New Jersey and a junior at Rutgers Business School, double majoring in Finance and Economics. She has been learning Carnatic flute for nine years under Dr. Manda Anantha Krishna and holds a distinction certificate from Sampada, Silicon Andhra University. Mahati regularly performs across the tri-state area and is passionate about making classical music more accessible to younger audiences.

Sabarish

Sabarish is a young percussionist who began his rhythm journey at age two, from a musical lineage of his Great Great grandfather mridangam vidwan Calicut Subramanian Iyer. He started learning mridangam at four from his father Rajagopal and Guru T.S. Nandhakumar. He is currently training under Vidwan Patri Sathish Kumar. He also learns carnatic guitar from Guitar Shylu Ravindran. Sabarish has won prizes at the Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana ,Cmana and Tfas He actively performs in concerts and musical ensembles. Sabarish has been featured in classical concerts supported by the Malaysian Ministry of Education and the Indian Ministry of Culture.

Rajagopal Sundareswaran

Rajagopal Sundareswaran is an accomplished Mridangam artist with over a decade of experience in Carnatic percussion. He has accompanied several All India Radio A-grade artists and performed at prestigious platforms including the Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana. In 2022, he completed his Mridangam Arangetram with renowned violinist A. Kanyakumari. A versatile percussionist skilled in Kanjira, Thavil, and Ghatam, he is known for his dynamic Thalavadhyam performances. He is also the founder of RaagaRhythms, a music ensemble performing classical and raga-based music across the tri-state area. 🎶

Ananth Shankaralingam

Ananth Sankaralingam is a disciple of Guru Vidwan Sri TS Nandakumar and plays the mridangam, ghatam and Kanjira. Ananth had the honor of completing his mridangam arangetram in May 2022 with Vidwan Rajeev Mukundan, disciple of renowned violinist Padmashri Vidushi A. Kanyakumari. Ananth recently graduated from the University of Maryland.

Vishal Sowmyan

Vishal Sowmyan has been learning violin since the age of 4 and is under the tutelage of legendary violinist Padmashri Sangeetha Kalanidhi Guru A. Kanyakumari. Vishal has won several awards and regularly performs concerts and tours around the country at centers including the renowned Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Cleveland Aradhana festival. He is the recipient of the junior musician of the year award for winning the advanced category instituted by the Carnatic Music Association of North America (CMANA). Vishal has played in prestigious sabhas in India during the December Music Festival.

Sudhir Kumar

A devoted disciple of the renowned Akkarai Sisters, Vidushi Akkarai Subhalakshmi and Vidushi Akkarai Sornalatha, Shishir has also received the blessings and guidance of the legendary Padma Shri Dr. Kadri Gopalnath. His music reflects classical depth, refined manodharma, and a profound connection with the saxophone. An All India Radio Graded Artist from Chennai and a recipient of numerous awards and accolades, Shishir has performed on prestigious platforms including the Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana, LearnQuest Academy of Music (Boston), Berklee College of Music, and leading sabhas in Chennai. Widely regarded as one of the most sought-after Carnatic saxophonists on the global stage, he has also delivered lectures at distinguished institutions.
